SENIOR PURCHASING BUYER - TCS COMPONENTSSOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN - WORLD HEADQUARTERS
Responsible for all purchasing pre and post launch activity focusing on the program team, supplier and customer requirements integrating data/quote management, contract negotiations, tool timing, CR/CN process flow, Profile management, complete launch readiness, etc.
The Role:

Your Qualifications:
Extensive work experience, discipline, and independence to drive successful closure of Purchasing goalsStrong negotiating principles and skills Minimum of 5 years of commodity or relevant purchasing experience Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or equivalent experience Ability to align with and influence internal program teams, suppliers, and customers Ensuresaccuratedata management to meet program timelines Familiarity with commercial terms and performancetotarget concepts Resultsdriven and proactive approach from programinceptionthrough launch Communicationverbal andwrittenand organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lead within a team Ability to build strong internal and external relationships High levelof integrity Strong written communication and presentation skills Priority setting and timemanagement excellence Actionoriented and produces results Ability to work effectively in a highly productive, fastchanging environment Superior conflictresolution skills whilemaintainingstrong relationships Independent workload prioritization, focusing on the most critical and impactful activities
