Location:
Working remotely from Poland.
What you will do:
You will manage the sourcing process for various profiles like: finance, tax, accounting, law and more Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners Source top talent across Poland Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements What we would like you to have: Previous end to end experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment Experienced sourcing passive profiles - strong sourcing skills AI open approach - experience utilizing on daily bases is a must Fluent in English and Polish Advisory approach Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience. Being proactive, autonomous. Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Willing to work remotely from Poland What can you expect in return?
