This newly created Sourcing Contract Specialist role offers the opportunity to bridge legal, procurement, and supply chain functions while improving how supplier contracts are organized, governed, and executed. You will help develop best practices, improve contract lifecycle management, and create sustainable processes that support a growing global organization. What you'll do: Contract Administration & Governance Manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, amendments, statements of work, and other sourcing agreements from drafting through execution. Maintain contract governance processes, ensuring appropriate approvals, compliance with company policies, and accurate contract documentation. Monitor contract milestones, renewals, supplier obligations, and key commercial commitments while improving overall contract visibility. Help standardize contract templates, workflows, and governance practices across the sourcing organization. Supplier & Procurement Support Partner with sourcing teams to support RFQs, RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract-related procurement initiatives. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Global Commodity Leaders (GCLs) to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and remain aligned with business objectives. Track supplier contractual commitments, performance metrics, and agreed commercial terms to support supplier relationship management. Reporting, Records & Process Improvement Maintain contract databases, reporting tools, and documentation systems to ensure accurate and accessible records. Generate insights and reports related to contract status, renewals, compliance metrics, and sourcing activity. Drive improvements in contract lifecycle management processes, governance, and system utilization to enhance efficiency and consistency. Risk Management Support implementation of risk mitigation requirements within supplier agreements and sourcing activities. Assist with contract dispute documentation, issue resolution support, and governance reviews. Help identify and address contractual risks while promoting compliance and operational excellence. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field preferred. 5 or more years of experience in contract administration, paralegal/legal support, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain with experience managing supplier or commercial contracts in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience managing commercial, supplier, or procurement-related contracts. Strong understanding of contract terms, documentation control, and business governance processes. What will make you stand out. Paralegal or legal contract management experience. Experience with ERP systems and contract lifecycle management tools. Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar contract management platforms. Experience working with supplier agreements, procurement documentation, and sourcing governance processes.
