Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Parts Manager to oversee parts operations across a large automotive group in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This is a significant leadership opportunity overseeing parts operations across five buildings , including: Hyundai Genesis Nissan Used vehicle operations Vehicle reconditioning operations We are looking for a proven automotive parts professional with large-scale dealership experience who can lead teams, improve operational efficiency, and manage a high-volume parts department. Responsibilities Oversee and manage parts operations across multiple dealership locations and departments Lead, coach, and develop parts department employees Manage inventory levels, ordering, obsolescence, and inventory turns Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, vendors, and internal departments Oversee wholesale, retail, service, and internal parts operations Manage and improve eCommerce and online parts sales opportunities Monitor departmental performance, profitability, expenses, and KPIs Ensure efficient processes across multiple locations Work closely with Service Managers, General Managers, and dealership leadership Implement strategies to improve revenue, gross profit, and operational efficiency Ensure excellent customer service for both internal and external customers Qualifications Previous Automotive Parts Manager experience required Experience managing a high-volume dealership or multi-location operation strongly preferred Strong understanding of automotive parts inventory management and purchasing Experience with OEM parts operations Knowledge of eCommerce / online parts sales Proven leadership and team management experience Strong financial and operational management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations simultaneously Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Compensation $90,000-$110,000 per year , depending on experience and certifications.
