You will be responsible for collaborating across commodities and functions within and outside of ISC to support electronics proposals and contracts. You will report directly to our Director, Strategic Sourcing, and you'll work out of our Clearwater, FL locations on a Hybrid work schedule Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance Strong negotiation skills and processes Ability to independently lead multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills - verbal and written
