About the Role Enhanced Compliance Inc. (ECI) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on experience in talent sourcing, recruitment operations, and candidate engagement within the medical device, life sciences, and healthcare industries. As a Talent Sourcing Intern, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support sourcing initiatives, identify potential candidates, maintain talent pipelines, and learn best practices in modern recruitment. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting. What You'll Do Assist recruiters in sourcing qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other online sourcing platforms. Learn and apply basic Boolean search techniques to identify candidates with relevant skills and experience. Review resumes and assist with identifying candidates who meet minimum job qualifications. Support the Talent Acquisition team in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Help schedule phone screens and interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records and update information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Draft and send professional outreach messages to prospective candidates under recruiter guidance. Conduct research on talent markets, competitor hiring trends, and industry talent availability. Assist with employer branding initiatives, including social media recruiting, career fairs, networking events, and university recruiting activities. Learn recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement techniques through mentorship and training. Collaborate with recruiters on administrative and operational recruiting projects as needed. What We Look For Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, or People Operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable learning new technologies and online recruiting platforms. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms is a plus. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong research and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruiting best practices. Previous internship, campus leadership, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus but not required. Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment that values collaboration, curiosity, and a good sense of humor Must display problem solving abilities in approach to work; can troubleshoot issues independently in order to get work done. Solid time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities/ open positions simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional team-focused approach. Hourly commitment per week is between 12-15 hours. Candidates must be able to meet the minimum number of hours required for the internship program. Candidates must be able to meet the weekly hourly commitment between the hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm
