Day To Day:
Prepares, distributes, receives, analyzes and awards bids using a formal bid process such as Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Bids (RFBs) that are large and complex. Duties:
Processes major requests for proposals (RFPs) that are large and complex in nature through the most cost effective means. Develops new opportunities and partnerships for the company. 55% Prepares, distributes, receives, analyzes and awards bids using a formal bid process such as Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Bids (RFBs) that are large and complex. 35% Manages development of business opportunities and restructures existing supplier partnerships to maximize value and secure cost savings while maximizing profit for the company. Interacts with company staff and management to build relationships to increase company participation in corporate contracts. 10% Reports workloads and writes procedures to support work flow.
