In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality used vehicles, negotiating favorable purchase terms, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Your expertise will ensure our inventory remains competitive, well-priced, and aligned with market trends. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in our supply chain management and vehicle acquisition processes, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business growth. Duties Identify and evaluate potential used vehicle sources through market research, dealer networks, and private sellers Negotiate purchase prices, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure the best deals while maintaining profitability Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange vehicle inspections, transportation, and delivery schedules Maintain accurate inventory records using spreadsheets and inventory management software to track vehicle status and availability Develop and nurture vendor relationships through effective communication and vendor relationship management strategies Analyze pricing trends using Excel data analysis tools to inform sourcing decisions and optimize procurement strategies Experience Proven experience in vehicle purchasing or procurement within the automotive or supply chain industry Strong familiarity with Vauto Proficient in using spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting purposes Experience working with purchasing management systems (technically supported) and accounting software is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for vendor negotiations and internal collaboration Join us as a Used Car Buyer to leverage your negotiation skills and supply chain expertise in a fast-paced environment.
