We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Buyer to join our team. The Associate Buyer will play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels by analyzing data, forecasting demand, and efficiently placing replenishment orders. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure stock availability aligns with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze inventory levels and sales trends to determine reorder quantities. Place timely purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock. Monitor delivery schedules and promptly address any delays or issues. Collaborate with the sales team to anticipate changes in demand due to promotions or market shifts. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective purchasing solutions. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, lead times, and supplier performance.

Required Experience and Skills:

Proven experience as a Rebuyer, Purchasing Agent, or in a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement best practices, and inventory optimization techniques.
