Hands-on IBM Maximo experience is required.
Strong knowledge of plant-level purchasing and inventory management.
Experience with MRO, maintenance materials, spare parts, or production-related purchasing is highly preferred.
A track record of finding cost savings and improving purchasing or inventory practices.
Experience training, coaching, or mentoring others.
Strong communication skills, the ability to influence & build relationships with different teams.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Up to 50% throughout the U.S. and Canada Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Specialist to support purchasing operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands plant purchasing, inventory management, and IBM Maximo and enjoys working directly with teams to improve processes and find cost-saving opportunities. You'll serve as a go-to resource for facility purchasing teams, traveling to different locations to provide training, solve purchasing and inventory challenges, and help teams get the most out of Maximo.
