Job Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders for spare parts, repair materials, components, and service requirements. Source components and suppliers based on cost, quality, availability, and lead times. Procure critical parts and services required for repair and maintenance operations. Monitor open purchase orders and expedite delayed shipments. Track supplier pricing, availability, lead times, repair status, and order fulfillment. Coordinate repair orders and track material movement throughout service and repair processes. Maintain inventory levels for frequently used spare parts and repair components. Resolve invoice, receiving, warranty, shipping, and supplier discrepancies. Track supplier performance related to quality, turnaround time, and delivery. Perform ERP/MRP purchasing and repair transactions. Maintain purchasing, supplier, and repair documentation. Support supplier negotiations and procurement cost-reduction initiatives. Coordinate procurement activities with Service, Operations, Inventory Control, Engineering, and Finance functions.
