City Wide Property Services, Inc. (City Wide) currently has an opening for a Procurement Specialist to join our expanding team!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support vendor sourcing, contract administration, compliance management, and procurement operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors, ensuring all procurement activities meet company standards, budget objectives, and compliance requirements.•FULL time Schedule (40 hours per week)•Monday•

Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and onboard contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Solicit bids, proposals, and service quotes. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to support business objectives. Prepare, maintain, and coordinate contracts, renewals, amendments, and related documentation. Verify required vendor documentation, including W-9s, business licenses, insurance certificates, and other compliance records. Train and support vendors on the company procurement portal. Monitor vendor compliance and contract requirements. Maintain procurement databases, records, and reporting systems. Track contract status, vendor performance, and procurement activity. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Coordinate contract close-out activities and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in procurement, purchasing, contract administration, vendor management, or a related field. Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience reviewing vendor proposals and procurement-related data. Preferred Experience working with independent contractors and subcontractors. Experience with procurement or contract management software. Knowledge of vendor qualification and compliance processes. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

$26.00•$30.00 per hour
