Job Description Job Description Reviews and shops requisitions. Processes requisitions into purchase orders; Reviews and modifies purchase orders. Provides public relations assistance in dealing with vendors and other departments; inputs vendor information. Tracks or monitors budget expenditures; Recommends equipment expenditures. Confirm merchandise ordered is received when applicable. Assists other departments/end users on financial and electronic content management system (ECM); Assists other departments in problem solving. Assists other employees with their duties. Tracks and coordinates problems and resolutions as they relate to contract terms and conditions due to vendor's failure to meet specification of term contract. Reviews, resolves and investigates buyer messages and AP reconciliation messages in the financial system software. Receives and verifies vendor insurance certificates when applicable. Reviews and processes requests for creation, approval, and distribution through the enterprise content management (ECM) system. Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate County managers. Assists with front desk duties.
