Job Duties:

Assist in preparing and writing purchase orders based on the company's needs Confirm price quotes, delivery schedules, and the accurate process of purchase orders Strong documentation skills both in writing and verbal communication Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders Help monitor purchase orders with multiple invoices for budget / purchase control Maintain a positive attitude Work with the accounting, production and logistic departments to aid with purchasing needs.

Qualifications:
