Job Description

Payroll and Purchasing Coordinator (Buyer) Spring , TX - 77389 Contract 6+months Schedule Part time 24 hours/week, three days a week (worker preference)
Pay Rate:
$47.00/hr. Oil&Gas preferred
Function:
Working with managers to validate vendor timesheets and invoices for approval. Opening and managing POs for third party services. Striving for process improvement. Role is 70% payrolling, 30% invoicing.
Required:
Bachelor's degree; SAP, Outlook, and Sharepoint; interpersonal communication working with global managers and engineers; 5+ years payrolling and invoicing experience Preferred• Background with implementing process improvement
Pay:
$26.09 - $47.00 per hour
