Once fully trained, our Lead Technicians earn an average of $25.00 - $50.00+ per hour through a high-performance commission and tip structure.

Expect average daily earnings (commission + tips) ranging from $200 - $350+.

Exceptional Daily Tips:

Because of our high-end service standards and 5-star reputation, our technicians average an additional $50 - $100+ in daily tips.

Paid Professional Training:

We invest in your success. We provide 2-3 weeks of comprehensive, paid on-the-job training at $15/hour . Once your training is complete, you transition fully to our high-earning commission and tips model. The Role of a
