Team members work with advanced machinery and processes to support mission-critical applications. Our team works in a hands-on, collaborative environment where accuracy, efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement are important to our day-to-day operations. Role Description The Purchaser is a full-time, on-site role based in Stafford, TX, responsible for sourcing and procuring materials and services needed for CNC machining operations. Day-to-day tasks include obtaining and evaluating quoted prices and lead times, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The role will work closely with production, programmers, and quality teams to ensure materials meet technical specifications and arrive on schedule. The Purchaser will monitor inventory levels, negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers, and help resolve delivery or quality issues. Additionally, this role supports continuous improvement in the supply chain by identifying cost-saving opportunities and strengthening supplier relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with vendors, and able to manage multiple purchasing needs at once. Qualifications Highly efficient and able to complete tasks accurately and on time Punctual, dependable, and consistent Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable contacting vendors, requesting quotes, comparing pricing, and following up on orders Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability and willingness to learn material specifications and purchasing requirements Dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and with other departments Previous purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required College degree is not required ; relevant education or experience is a plus Vietnamese language proficiency strongly preferred
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per weekBenefits:
