This role plays a key part in coordinating with vendors, assisting with product samples, and working cross-functionally with several departments to ensure projects stay on track. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. What You'll Do Communicate regularly with vendors to manage sourcing needs and timelines Assist in testing and evaluating product samples Partner closely with the R D team to ensure alignment on product development Track project timelines and help keep internal teams on schedule Coordinate across departments to ensure clear communication and execution Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and product updates What We're Looking For  Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Friendly, professional, and team-oriented disposition Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google workspace, and data analysis Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Preferred Qualifications Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (preferred but not required) Familiarity with product development or vendor coordination Why Join Us? 401(k) match Subsidized medical, dental, vision insurance Employee discounts Nutricost is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
