Job Description

Position OverviewThe Senior Requirements Analyst provides direct analytical and operational support to Government leadership and Contractor staff within the EIDS PMO.This role combines business intelligence, portfolio management, and acquisition support to ensure mission success across a complex defense healthcare environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Portfolio ManagementServe as an Action Officer and Communications liaison for PMO operations and executive reportingManage high-priority taskers, track deliverables and ensure timely completionSupport personnel actions and coordinate strategic briefings for senior leadershipDevelop and maintain executive dashboards, reports, and performance metricsAssist with communications strategy, congressional affairs coordination, and event logisticsMaintain situational awareness of portfolio activities and emerging prioritiesAcquisition ManagementSupport contract lifecycle management from planning through close-outAssist with procurement processes, including requirements development and vendor coordinationMonitor contract performance and compliance with federal acquisition regulationsTrack deliverables, milestones, and contract modificationsSupport contract renewals, option year exercises, and close-out activitiesMaintain acquisition documentation and support audit readinessData Analysis & ReportingAnalyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesPrepare executive summaries and decision briefingsSupport data-driven decision-making across the PMOMaintain data integrity in program management systems
Salary Range:
$90,000 - $120,000General Description of BenefitsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field5+ years experience with requirements analysis and/or information technology related experience2+ years of experience using data analytic tools such as Power BIExperience gathering and documenting technical requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
