This role is designed for someone who may be early in their mortgage journey and is excited about joining an established team, learning the business hands-on, and developing into a successful producing Loan Officer. Whether your background is in real estate, escrow, title, banking, transaction coordination, client service, or sales, you'll gain exposure to every aspect of the mortgage process while working alongside experienced mortgage professionals. This is a unique opportunity to learn purchase and refinance lending, build relationships with real estate partners, and develop the skills needed to grow your own book of business over time. What You'll Do You'll work as part of a collaborative team that supports homebuyers, homeowners, and referral partners throughout the mortgage process. You'll gain experience across both purchase and refinance lending while learning how to guide borrowers through financing decisions with confidence and care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting borrowers throughout the loan process from application to closing
Supporting Loan Officers with lead conversion, client communication, and pipeline management
Building relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, and industry professionals
Learning mortgage products, guidelines, and lending strategies
Helping create an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and service
Developing the skills and knowledge needed to eventually manage your own production pipeline
Staying current on industry trends, loan programs, and regulatory requirements What You'll Bring Success in this role comes from curiosity, coachability, and a desire to help people achieve homeownership. Here's what we're looking for: Experience in real estate, mortgage, escrow, title, banking, financial services, sales, customer service, or a related field
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Desire to learn the mortgage business and eventually become a producing Loan Officer
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service
