Job Description
- GENERAL SUMMARY
- This position is responsible for procuring services, supplies, materials, and software in support of Energy Northwest's Energy Services and Development division.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform independently with appropriate discretion and judgment, typically with minimal direction/support or management involvement.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Procurement Specialist III
- Requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in government, regulated, or nuclear procurement analysis, evaluation, negotiation and execution, and principles and techniques of procurement processes OR
- a high school diploma or GED and nine years of experience in government, regulated, or nuclear procurement analysis, evaluation, negotiation and execution, and principles and techniques of procurement processes.
- Procurement Specialist II
- Requires a Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in procurement analysis, evaluation, negotiation and execution, and principles and techniques of procurement processes OR
- a high school diploma or GED and seven years of experience in procurement analysis, evaluation, negotiation and execution, and principles and techniques of procurement processes.
PAY RANGE
Procurement Specialist III Salary:
- $109,870
- $164,806
Midpoint:
- $137,338
Procurement Specialist II Salary:
- $95,532
- $143,298
Midpoint:
- $119,415 Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances. Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
INCENTIVE COMPENSATION
- This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
