Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company , is seeking a Purchasing, Tool Crib & Supplier Coordinator to join their team. As a Purchasing, Tool Crib & Supplier Coordinator , you will be part of the Operations and Supply Chain team supporting Production, Maintenance, Tooling, and Supplier Relations . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and mechanical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Grafton, WI Pay Range:
$22/hr to $35/hr What's the Job? Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent production interruptions. Purchase tooling, MRO supplies, consumables, PPE, and operational materials while maintaining cost controls. Create, issue, and track purchase orders while ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and approval processes. Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, product availability, deliveries, and issue resolution. Maintain inventory, purchasing, and tool issuance records while supporting continuous cost-saving initiatives. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, ideally within die casting, machining, tooling, maintenance, or MRO inventory. Strong organizational and inventory management skills. Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
