Our client, a precision manufacturing and die casting company , is seeking a Machining Technician to join their team. As a Machining Technician , you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams . The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$28.50 to $41.00/hr What's the Job? Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machining equipment for aluminum die cast components. Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues to ensure parts meet specifications. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM data. Perform routine preventative maintenance, tool changes, and machine adjustments to maximize efficiency. Support production startups, changeovers, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred. Experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets. Proficiency with precision measuring equipment and quality inspection procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to work independently and on a team.
