You'll work across Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Operations to build competitive, technically sound quotes Estimating and pricing Prepare price estimates for roll-fed and sheet-fed printing RFQs Source materials and pricing with Purchasing for non-standard volumes Maintain quoting parameters in estimating software and track job costs against actual results. Support Sales and Customer Service with quote revisions. RFQ and bid management Own the RFQ process from request through final pricing. Review RFQs for technical and production feasibility. Track deadlines and submit quotes on time, including through customer portals.

Cross-functional work Analyze cost drivers:

run rates, waste, materials, margin. Work with Operations and Purchasing on large or non-standard bids. Identify cost savings through press selection, materials, and production methods. What we're looking for Required High school diploma or GED. 3+ years of estimating experience (printing or manufacturing preferred). Advanced Excel skills, strong math and analytical ability. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines at once. Preferred Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, math, statistics, or related field. Experience with roll-fed or sheet-fed printing. Experience with estimating or quoting software, or customer pricing portals. Pay and benefits $50,000-$75,000 a year, full-time. 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Paid time off.
