The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to maintain positive vendor relationships while supporting operational goals. Position Responsibilities Procurement Management Source and purchase materials, components, and equipment needed for production or operations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure optimal cost savings and quality. Evaluate and manage supplier performance to maintain strong business partnerships. Inventory & Order Coordination Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Review purchase requisitions and ensure accuracy of orders and documentation. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to align supply needs with operational schedules. Vendor Relations & Reporting Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers. Resolve discrepancies related to pricing, deliveries, or quality issues. Prepare regular purchasing reports and cost analyses to support decision-making. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or purchasing software systems. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
