Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired Skills & Experience Very Strong Mechatronics Background Experienced SolidWorks User packaging Equipment background a must OEM equipment manufacturing strongly preferred. Must be able to work independently and part of a team. Strong multitasking skills a must. Must understand the need for a sense of urgency Good attendance and ability to work overtime. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable in an office environment & shop environment. Must be detail oriented in design/job release to manufacturing. Cost consciousness. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing a plus. Possess a Performance Coaching / Mentoring mindset.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
