Job Summary We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient inventory control. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about supply chain management, ready to support our mission of delivering top-tier produce with precision and reliability.

Monday - Friday 4am - 12:30pmStarting Rate:
$23.00 Duties Coordinate purchasing activities using ERP systems such as NetSuite. Communicate effectively with vendors to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and contract terms that benefit the company. Monitor inventory levels through inventory management software and spreadsheets to prevent shortages or overstocking. Support supply chain operations by tracking shipments, managing logistics, and resolving procurement issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor communications for audit purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs based on production schedules and demand planning tools like MRP systems. Assist in evaluating vendor performance and sourcing new suppliers to optimize costs and quality. Qualifications Proven experience with ERP systems is highly preferred. Strong understanding of materials management, inventory control, and supply chain processes. Familiarity with purchasing management systems and logistics software. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to analyze data using Excel for pricing and procurement analysis. Effective communication skills for vendor relationship management and contract negotiations. Knowledge of procurement best practices within manufacturing or foodservice environments is a plus. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Pay:
