Responsibilities Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supplier relationships Manage $30 to $50 million commodity spend, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams Lead negotiations, execute master supplier agreements, analyze purchase volumes, manage quoting and negotiations Lead supplier selection process for Global and Regional strategies, mentor new team members Requirements Expertise in strategic sourcing and commodity management 5+ years of experience in manufacturing Exposure to commodities such as castings, metal fabrication, hydraulics, drivetrains, engines, or plastics Working knowledge of master supplier agreements and cost breakdown methodologies Strong communication and negotiation skills Understanding of timeline development and cost structures BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent Open to 20% to 30% travel APICS Certification would be a plus
