Job Description
POSITION
•Purchasing & Receiving Coordinator

REQUIRED EDUCATION
•High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) . Evaluate supplier proposals based on quality standards, production schedules, and budget requirements. Follow up with suppliers and expedite materials or components as needed. Coordinate transportation for incoming and outgoing materials. Assist with receiving, unloading, inspecting, and accurately logging incoming inventory. Coordinate returns of excess, incorrect, or defective materials with suppliers. Ensure inventory is properly identified and stored. Maintain accurate purchasing and receiving records, including scanning and filing documentation. Assist with outbound shipments.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing and receiving or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. Valid driver's license required. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel . Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite . Excellent organizational and time-management skills. International shipping experience is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus.
