The Charge Capture Analyst is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of hospital charge capture for Heart & Vasculr procedures. The role serves as a key operational link between clinical departments, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Supply Chain, ensuring that services and supplies used are fully, accurately, and appropriately reflected in the hospital billing record.
Requirements:
3-5+ years in hospital charge capture, revenue integrity, procedural coding support, or related revenue cycle role. Direct experience with surgical or procedural cases and reconciling codes/charges preferred Experience partnering with CDM teams highly desirable. Experience working with Infor ERP or similar materials management systems, including item master, pricing, or charge integration, preferred. Understanding of procedural supply chain workflows, including implants, consignment inventory, and vendor-managed items. Certifications (preferred, not required): CPC, CCS, CIRCC, or equivalent. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Epic charge workflows preferred.
