As our U.S. export business continues to expand, we need a candidate who understands the complexities of the U.S.-China trade lane and can deliver exceptional operational support while identifying business growth opportunities. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end air freight and ocean freight export shipments, including booking, trucking, documentation, and departure coordination. Coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, and overseas agents to secure competitive rates and reliable space. Prepare and review export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, AES/EEI filings , and certificates of origin. Ensure compliance with export regulations , including EAR (Export Administration Regulations) and FTR (Foreign Trade Regulations) where applicable. Monitor shipment milestones, proactively address delays, and resolve operational issues. Qualifications Minimum 1 years of experience in U.S. air and/or sea export operations within a freight forwarding or logistics company. Familiarity with any on market freight forwarding software is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a client-focused mindset.
Pay:
$4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
