Job Description
Coordinate international ocean and air freight shipments Handle import and export documentation Communicate with customers, carriers, truckers, customs brokers, and overseas agents Track shipments and provide timely status updates Prepare shipping documents and verify shipment information Coordinate customs clearance, delivery, and related logistics activities Resolve shipment delays and other operational issues Maintain accurate shipment records and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Freight forwarding or international logistics experience preferred Knowledge of ocean and/or air import/export procedures is a plus Familiarity with bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs clearance, and shipping documentation preferred Good communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple shipments and deadlines Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel Bilingual English/Chinese is a plusJob Type:
