Sr Import Operations CSR

We are looking for a bilingual Mandarin Sr Import Operations CSR who will handle ocean and air import operations. We're an expanding and growing company with a great opportunity to gain experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Great benefits and bonus! Duties/Responsibilities

• A-Z air/ocean import operations and customer service support
• Receive pre-alerts from origin, input data into company system, and send arrival notices to clients
• Work with multiple internal/external parties including customs brokers, trucking companies, etc.
• Follow up with customers and send required documents and notices
• Answer customer questions and troubleshoot problems
• Follow up on invoices and collect OBL and payments from importers
• Release freight and arrange trucking delivery Qualifications
• 3-5 years of freight forwarding experience
• Degree in Business or related field
• Bilingual Mandarin required
