Job Description

We are Seaforth Boat & Yacht Charters operating out of Mission Bay and San Diego Bay since 1976. There are 5 dockside locations throughout the waterways in San Diego, from Mission bay all the way south to Coronado. We are seeking employees for full and part time employment. We are looking to add more members to our fun, upbeat team with a focus on the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Over the next few months of the offseason we are looking for a helping hand in customer service and boat repairs. If you like being out in the sun and working on the waterfront, this will be a great job for you.

Responsibilities:

Orient the customers on how to drive and operate the boat safely. Show safety equipment to customers and its function. Explain travel routes on map and detail caution areas. Pre-check of boats and safety equipment. Some maintenance of the boats and work area may be required. Cleaning and disinfecting the boats and preparing for the next rental. Ensure proper inventory is on board the boat prior to rental (i.e. life jackets, fire extinguisher, etc.) Maintain a clean work area. Open and close the docks and equipment Adhere to safety policies. Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow team members. At some locations minor office responsibilities may be required Please submit your resume for review.

From $17.75 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
