This position focuses on developing new customers, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our freight forwarding and transportation services. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable reaching out to potential customers and developing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other sales channels. Promote and sell logistics services, including: Ocean Freight / Container Shipping (FCL & LCL) Domestic Trucking / Drayage Customs Clearance / Brokerage Services Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand customer shipping needs and recommend appropriate logistics solutions. Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads and opportunities. Negotiate pricing and service terms with customers. Maintain customer information, sales activities, and follow-up records. Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling and customer satisfaction. Identify additional business opportunities from existing and prospective customers. Meet assigned sales goals and contribute to overall business growth. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Transportation, Sales, or Customer Service is required. Prior experience with ocean freight, trucking/drayage, customs clearance, or import/export operations is required. Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required (speaking, reading, and typing). Strong English communication skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
