You will serve as a vital operational anchor driving project momentum across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical builds. Collaborating directly with project managers, estimators, and field leaders, your organizational execution will keep high-profile jobs moving forward on schedule. This role offers hands-on administrative impact within a high-energy, fast-growing electrical contractor environment. How You Will Make anImpact:
Coordinate essential project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders. Track material deliveries and vendor schedules to prevent field delays across active jobs. Assist project leadership with labor hour monitoring, manpower tracking, and project progress reporting. Maintain up-to-date jobsite safety records, compliance logs, and administrative closeout files. Collaborate closely with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to streamline communication. Support accurate project billing processes and verify vendor invoices prior to project closeout.Required Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrated prior experience working within the construction industry. Functional knowledge of core administrative workflows including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Proven track record of managing multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience working directly for an electrical contractor or subcontractor. Hands-on experience using construction project management software tools. Ability to read, interpret, and navigate construction blueprints and project specifications.Compensation & Benefits:
