Theron 3863413426 or Gloria 3868376385- Get started ASAP….. Must be 18 or older We are looking for a reliable, dependable, and hardworking Delivery Assistant to join our team. This position involves assisting with the loading, unloading, and delivery of general freight to residential and commercial locations. No prior experience is required—we provide on-the-job training. Responsibilities
- Meet at our storage facility each morning to begin the workday.
- Travel with the driver to the shipping dock to load the truck.
- Safely load, unload, and deliver general freight.
- Handle freight of varying sizes and weights. While much of the freight is manageable, some items may be larger or heavier and require team lifting.
- Use a simple mobile app to complete deliveries and document work.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
- Occasionally assist with white glove deliveries, which may include light assembly of items such as patio furniture, wine coolers, and similar products.
- Follow all safety procedures while loading, unloading, and transporting freight. Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull freight throughout the day.
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts, Monday through Friday. What We Offer
