What you'll do: Primary point of contact for scheduling customer-pickup shipments Communicate with transportation, truck staging, customer service and warehouse contacts to facilitate flow of current and accurate information to aid in streamlining supply chain efficiency Compile and distribute multiple daily reports Directly communicate with transportation service providers Schedule inbound deliveries and communicate with docks on securing appointments Active participation in the company safety program is required. What we're looking for : High School diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years transportation or relevant experience required. Experience working with transportation service providers. Preferred experience in cold-chain, food distribution or food manufacturing industry. Experience working with a TMS required, OTM preferred Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience required. Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills. Due to the significant amount of steps/stairs contained in our production facility, employees must have the ability to navigate steps/stairs in a safe manner. Why Florida's Natural?
