DRIVERSOwner-Operators & Qualified CDL Drivers Welcome KenDoll Transportation LLC is looking to connect with reliable, professional drivers and trucking professionals who are interested in working with a dependable dispatch operation.
Our goal is simple:
help drivers and carriers spend less time dealing with the business side of finding and coordinating freight and more time focused on operating their trucks safely and professionally.
WHAT KENDOLL TRANSPORTATION LLC PROVIDES
Depending on the carrier's service arrangement, dispatch support may include: ✅ Load searching ✅ Load evaluation ✅ Broker communication ✅ Rate discussions within authorized limits ✅ Pickup and delivery coordination ✅ Dispatch communication ✅ Load tracking and status updates ✅ Assistance with organizing load information ✅ Ongoing communication with the carrier
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We're looking for drivers/carriers who are: Professional Reliable Safety-conscious Dependable Communicative Respectful Serious about their trucking business Able to communicate effectively with dispatch Committed to meeting pickup and delivery appointments
EQUIPMENT
We are interested in qualified carriers operating equipment such as: Dry Van Reefer Flatbed Other equipment based on current freight opportunities Equipment requirements may vary depending on the freight being pursued.
WHAT DRIVERS SHOULD KNOW BEFORE WORKING WITH KENDOLL1. COMMUNICATION MATTERS
Drivers should communicate important updates promptly. If you're delayed, have a mechanical issue, encounter a problem at pickup, or expect a delivery issue, communicate it as soon as reasonably possible. 2.
YOU ARE NOT EXPECTED TO ACCEPT EVERY LOAD
Load opportunities should be evaluated based on the carrier's: Equipment Location Schedule Preferred lanes Deadhead tolerance Freight preferences Rate expectations A load should not be presented as a guaranteed opportunity. 3.
LOAD APPROVAL IS IMPORTANT
Before a load is finalized, the carrier should understand: Pickup location Delivery location Rate Miles Commodity Weight Appointment times Special requirements Other important load terms The carrier should have the opportunity to approve loads according to the dispatch agreement. 4.
PROFESSIONALISM IS EXPECTED
When dealing with brokers, shippers, receivers, dispatch, and other transportation professionals, drivers are expected to remain professional and respectful. 5.
SAFETY COMES FIRST
No load is more important than safety. Drivers are expected to comply with applicable safety requirements and operate their vehicles safely. 6.
WE DON'T PROMISE GUARANTEED INCOME
Freight availability and rates can change based on: Market conditions Location Equipment Demand Season Operating area KenDoll Transportation LLC does not promise a specific weekly income or guaranteed number of loads.
