Learn to Code, Shape the Future. Job Summary theCoderSchool is looking for outgoing, community-minded School Partnership Ambassadors to open doors across metro Atlanta. You're the friendly first face who walks into a school, introduces what we do, and gets principals and afterschool directors excited about bringing coding to their students. You won't run long sales cycles and you won't close deals. You spark the conversation and hand warm, interested schools to our partnership team. Here's the part that matters most: if you already know how schools work, whether from the inside or from the volunteer side, you will be good at this very fast. Who Tends To Thrive In This Role This job rewards people who are already comfortable inside a school building and already understand how school decisions actually get made. That usually looks like one of these: You have served on a PTA, PTO, booster club, school foundation, or a school fundraising or event committee, and you know how a principal thinks about adding a new program. You have been a room parent, a classroom or media center volunteer, or a school event volunteer, and the front office already knows your face. You have worked in or around schools before: front office, afterschool care, enrichment or tutoring programs, camps, coaching, or teaching. You have been out of the traditional workforce for a while and want flexible, meaningful income that fits inside the school day. Volunteer and committee experience counts as real experience here. You are a college student who wants flexible, high-upside income between classes. None of this is required. If you are outgoing and driven, we hand you the materials and the talking points. But if you have already sat on the other side of the table in a school meeting, you walk in with instant credibility, and credibility is most of this job. The Schedule Schools can only be visited during the school day, so this role runs on school hours, roughly 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. Inside that window, you set your own schedule and pick your own days. No nights. No weekends. Done by mid-afternoon. Naturally slows down during school breaks, holidays, and summer, then ramps back up in the fall. Two schools a week or twelve. That is entirely your call. Work as a side hustle or as a serious earning engine. You decide. ⚡
COMMISSION-BASED ROLE WITH UNCAPPED EARNING
⚡ This is a performance-based, independent contractor (1099) position. There is no hourly base pay. You get paid for every qualified school meeting you generate, plus a bonus every time a school you opened brings students on board. There is no ceiling on what you can earn. The more doors you open, the more you make. We hand you the schools to approach, the materials, and the talking points. You bring the energy and the people skills. How It Works Your job is simple: get in front of schools and get them excited. Here is the playbook. 1. Get in the Door Visit schools, afterschool programs, and community centers in your area Introduce theCoderSchool using the materials and brand we hand you Use your natural people skills to start a real conversation with the decision-maker 2. Spark the Interest Share how our programs light kids up and why coding matters in an AI-driven world Read the room, answer questions, and find the schools that are genuinely excited Represent our brand like the great first impression it deserves 3. Hand Off the Win When a school is interested, set up a warm introduction with our partnership team Log the details and pass the baton. No closing and no paperwork marathon required Our team takes it from there and builds the relationship 4. Get Paid Earn a set commission for every qualified meeting you generate Stack a bonus each time one of your schools enrolls students Uncapped, performance-based, and paid for results, not hours logged Why This Role Matters Put coding in more classrooms: every door you open can bring tech education to a whole new group of kids Be the connector: you're the bridge between great schools and a program that changes futures Use what you already know: the relationships and school know-how you built as a volunteer, a committee member, or a staffer turn into real income here Earn what you are worth: your income is tied directly to your effort, with no cap and no cubicle Grow with us: strong ambassadors can move into expanded territory and team-lead opportunities as we scale What We're Looking For
