Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Short-Term Shipping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with shipping software and a strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes. This temporary position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment and can ensure accurate, timely shipment of products.

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare and process all domestic and international shipments using shipping software. Create shipping labels and documentation for UPS, FedEx, LTL freight carriers, and other couriers . Ensure shipments are packaged, labeled, and documented accurately. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track outgoing shipments. Verify shipping information and maintain accurate shipping records. Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve delivery discrepancies as needed. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while meeting shipping deadlines. What makes you a great fit: Previous experience using shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar platforms). Experience processing domestic and international shipments. Knowledge of LTL freight shipping procedures and carrier requirements. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
