MN ABOUT THE ROLE
Amrize is recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Representative. (SEASONAL)
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control the onsite logistics with the customer, sales representatives and Holcim concrete delivery trucks Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors Other duties as circumstances warrant
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, dispatchers and drivers to facilitate accomplishment of the job (Fluent in Spanish a plus)] Must have excellent logistical, planning and leadership abilities• Organized and strong attention to details
Additional Requirements:
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim Approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Employee that are required to war respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
Education:
High School Graduate / GED or equivalent experience
Required Work Experience:
Five years related experience in the construction or concrete industry consistent with the position; of which one or two years of dispatch experience preferred
Required Technical Skills:
Proficient on the Computer
