Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the heavy truck service department Lead, coach, and develop diesel technicians and service advisors Monitor service department productivity, efficiency, and profitability Ensure excellent customer service and strong customer relationships Coordinate workflow between service, parts, and warranty departments Support technicians with technical guidance and service issue resolution Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient service environment Minimum 2-5 years of experience in service management, preferably in an automotive, heavy truck, or equipment dealership setting Experience managing technicians in a dealership service department Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Retail dealership service experience preferred DTNA (Freightliner or Western Star) knowledge is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced diesel service department environment Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary plus commission opportunities Performance-based incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid short- and long-term disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution Ongoing training and leadership development Career advancement opportunities within a growing dealership organization Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Empire Truck Sales proudly promotes a safe, drug-free workplace.
