We are growing our team and are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join us in Service Assistant, Freight Coordinator, and Junior Trader roles. These are excellent opportunities for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced business environment. Previous experience in agriculture, transportation, logistics, trucking, or commodity trading is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Available Positions Service Assistant The Service Assistant provides support to our customers, trading team, and day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities may include:
Provide professional and responsive customer service Assist customers and suppliers with questions and requests Enter and maintain orders, contracts, and other information Prepare and organize documentation Communicate with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal staff Assist the trading and logistics teams with daily activities Track orders and follow up on outstanding issues Help ensure customers receive timely and accurate information Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative responsibilities Freight Coordinator The Freight Coordinator is responsible for helping coordinate the movement of agricultural commodities and feed ingredients throughout domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities may include:
Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments Communicate with trucking companies, carriers, customers, and suppliers Schedule and track shipments Monitor deliveries and proactively address delays or problems Assist with bills of lading, contracts, and shipping documentation Coordinate with traders and customers to ensure timely deliveries Negotiate and coordinate freight when appropriate Maintain accurate shipment records Build strong working relationships with carriers and customers Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly Junior Trader The Junior Trader will work closely with our experienced trading team while developing knowledge of agricultural commodities, customers, suppliers, transportation, and commodity markets.
Responsibilities may include:
Assist with buying and selling agricultural commodities and feed ingredients Communicate with customers, suppliers, and business partners Develop and maintain strong business relationships Monitor market conditions and pricing Assist with contracts, orders, and documentation Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure successful delivery Identify and develop new business opportunities Follow up with existing and prospective customers Learn and understand commodity markets and trading strategies Work closely with senior traders and management What We're Looking For We are looking for people who are: Motivated and dependable Professional and comfortable communicating with customers and business partners Strong communicators with excellent organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable making decisions and solving problems Able to work independently while also being a strong team player Interested in building a long-term career Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and willing to learn new systems Previous experience in agriculture, transportation, logistics, trucking, customer service, or commodity trading is a plus — but not required.
