Job Description Fanfab is looking for a full-time reliable and responsible individual to oversee our overall warehouse facility operations. This is one of the most critical areas for our company to continue and grow our business. This position will report to managers and team leader.

Main Responsibilities include:

Organize and receive orders that come in via UPS, Fed Ex, Shipping companies, etc., and sort them out with each purchase order provided. Verify content, log and track production orders. For outbound shipments, create labels on UPS or FedEx (and international shipping labels) software, generate packing lists and bills of lading as needed. Build pallets and Shrink Wrap accordingly. Arrange pick-ups with our shipping companies. Counting orders in and labeling the boxes with the proper purchase order number & job description. Load, deliver and pick up materials for ongoing jobs to local suppliers and partners within the Long Island and NYC area. The driver will use the company van and work alongside factory partners to keep schedules. Maintain a clean organized warehouse with organized inventory for clients. Ordering shipping supplies including cartons, tape, etc. Our ideal candidate with experience will: Must Have a Driver's license and a clean record. Obey traffic laws and follow traffic procedures. Willing to learn and train on equipment (forklift, manlift and other necessary equipment) Basic reading, writing and communications skills. Spanish Speaking a plus Be able to stand for extended periods of time Be able to lift 40 pounds
