Overview TransportGistics is hiring a Partner Onboarding & Transportation Operations Associate to support carrier and supplier onboarding and ensure transportation documentation, pricing, and invoices are accurate and compliant. This role combines logistics operations , documentation review , pricing validation , and partner support . Responsibilities Guide carriers and suppliers through onboarding steps Review transportation documents (BOL, POD, commercial invoices, AWB, OBL, EEI) Validate rate sheets, pricing, and accessorial charges Review and process transportation invoices Identify discrepancies in documentation, pricing, or billing Maintain SOPs, onboarding guides, and partner documentation Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics coordination, freight audit, or carrier operations Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping workflows Experience with multimodal transportation (parcel, LTL, TL, air, ocean) Experience reviewing transportation documentation and freight invoices Basic EDI literacy (204, 210, 214, 856 familiarity) Strong attention to detail; comfortable with Excel, CSV, and structured data Excellent communication and partner‑facing skills What You Bring Process‑driven mindset Ability to manage multiple onboarding tracks Confidence reviewing documentation, pricing, and invoices Ability to explain logistics concepts clearly Collaborative approach with internal teams and external partners Why Work at TransportGistics Work at the intersection of logistics operations and partner enablement Contribute to accurate transportation data and billing Join a team focused on clarity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement Growth opportunities in carrier management, freight audit, or onboarding leadership
