About the Role Amber Products, an established professional beauty and spa products company in Imperial, PA, is looking for a dependable Shipping & Fulfillment Specialist. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization and getting customer orders out correctly and on time. What You Will Do; Print and organize customer orders; pick products accurately and pack orders carefully and efficiently. Process UPS and FedEx shipments and complete shipping paperwork professionally. Coordinate larger distributor shipments; obtain LTL freight quotes and arrange freight when required. Communicate with carriers and office staff; alert the office when inventory needs to be reordered. Maintain a clean, organized shipping area. Who We Are Looking For; We value reliability, accuracy, organization, work ethic and common sense more than an impressive resume. Dependable and punctual; detail-oriented and careful with paperwork. Comfortable with computers and shipping systems; able to work efficiently without constant supervision. Professional communicator and good small-team contributor. Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping, fulfillment, shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, inventory or LTL freight is preferred, but strong related experience will be considered.
