HOW FAST YOU GET PAID

This is a commission role — no base salary. What you get instead is speed. We pay twice a month, on the 15th and the 30th. Book a load on the 7th, you're paid on the 15th. Book one on the 10th, same thing. There's no 60-day wait for the money to catch up to the work. How fast you start earning is up to you. Hit the phones, get quotes out, book a load — and it shows up on the next pay date. We're straight about the other side of it too: nobody hands you a customer. If you don't call, you don't earn. The people who do well here treat the first two weeks like their income depends on it, because it does.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING

Finding small and mid-size companies that ship freight and don't have anybody good handling it. Manufacturers, distributors, building supply — businesses moving a handful of loads a month who control and pay their own freight. You call them. You find out what they ship and where. We quote it, cover it, and handle everything after that. You sell. We do the rest.
