Job Description
About the Position ADCS Group is seeking a Freight Broker Agent to develop new customer relationships and help grow our freight transportation business. This position is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or B2B sales who is comfortable prospecting for new customers and developing long-term business relationships. Responsibilities Identify and develop new shipper relationships Prospect for new freight opportunities Communicate with customers regarding transportation needs Prepare and provide freight quotes Negotiate pricing and service requirements Coordinate customer freight with our operations team Follow up with prospective and existing customers Maintain accurate customer and shipment information Provide professional customer service throughout the transportation process Qualifications Freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or B2B sales experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships Comfortable with prospecting and business development Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Compensation Compensation for this position is performance-based and tied to business generated.
