We strive every day to keep those same principles alive to better serve our customers and staff. Seeking an additional office assistant. Recruiting an office assistant to help with clerical duties in our Paris, TX Ivan Smith Furniture store. Work schedule includes Saturdays. Some customer service experience preferred. Must be detailed oriented and comfortable using various computer programs and providing customer service over the telephone. Good organization and communication skills also required. Pay depends on experience. Duties and Responsibilities Contact customers by telephone to arrange delivery appointments Confirm customer information including address and special directions Verify or correct Route-View Insure proper delivery trucks are assigned and have room for the delivery Process cancellations as necessary Communicate delivery appointments to central delivery Reschedule appointments as needed Contact customers after delivery to confirm customer satisfaction Perform other duties as assigned Please apply by sending your Resume' to the link in this listing or visit our store.
